Ruth Brownlee

Ruth is one of scotland's up and coming young painters, she is fascinated by the visual drama of the Shetland environment where she lives, and is concerned with cpaturing the moods and atmosphere of that place.

However, her work connects Shetland by its landscpae to that of West penwith, two remote and beautiful ends of one small country.
