Janet's forms in the paintings reflect and include the rhythm of the tides and the moods of the weather in a forever changing land/seascape.

It is refreshing to find an artist working with a vision true to the Cornish tradition but creating a unique body of work, fresh and lively rather than a pastiche of one of the greats.
