Named by the
Master Mariner who was the first private owner. Light, airy and surpisingly
spacious Horpipe has been tastefully restored, preserving many of its
original features, including its beams & granite fireplaces. Owned
by a contemporary Cornish artist the cottage is decorated with many
works of art.
Penryn is an ancient medieval town, located 2 miles from the larger
town of Falmouth. Built on the river it is a centre for sailing and
boating. The town itself has all local conveniences and many jolly pubs!
With a large supermarket 1 mile away.
The beaches are just a short distance. (5-mins. drive) An ideal location
for exploring Cornwall. With lots to do in the area including, Trebah,
& Glendurgan gardens, The National Martine Museum or Eden project.
